Available for installation year-round in all types of weather, the foundation panels are guaranteed to provide warm, dry basements for homeowners - even in America's harshest and coldest northern climates.

THE ENERGY EFFICIENT FOUNDATION
Research indicates that an un-insulated basement can account for one-third of the total heat loss in a home - and over 20% of a home's heat loss through the basement occurs at the top 24 inches. The patented design and construction features of the Superior Walls Xi wall system include one-inch foam insulated concrete studs and one-inch foam insulation on the bond beams help ensure energy efficiency in the home. Facing against the environment, the panels have a concrete face shell backed by 2-1/2-inches of DOW® extruded polystyrene insulation.
